Only reason ic to raise cap is for the extra stats on leveling and for 108 items since they easier to get than sl/mls. Unless they do this http://fiesta.core.ms/forums/index.php/topic/435-level-108-items-to-105-items/ then no point in a cap raise for 110

F 110 cap make it 115 when cap raise :l since most 105 content is already here wouldnt still be much to do
