This is a post for Unlimited to talk about how they got Out damaged by 3 SS,ranger, reaper party. Let's see how farbood will change the rules this time.

We've brought it several times before dude. The one time it was kiting you guys QQed to the extent that the ToS was changed. I don't recall a time where you guys outdamaged and we ran to Farbod bitching about something you guys did or blamed DDoS on our glads by your guild because of the "butthurt". So for what reason did you have to cry about it? Because as far as I know, the only reason someone would complain to the owner over rules in game would be because they're upset they're not getting what they want. And if you read up, I agreed that kiting should be against ToS, but at the same time, no reason to boohoo to the staff then claim we can only od you when we kite cuz you know just as well as me that that's one of the biggest lies.

If kiting usual mobs is completely fair game, I see no reason why kiting a boss should be against ToS. If you have no tank, it's a great strategy. And, if it's a way to counter the opposing group of people raiding, who cares? They can just as easily make archers to kite back. Just because a certain group of people are too lazy/butthurt to make archers, and only want to use glads, doesn't mean a tactic for killing a mob should be made 'illegal'.Glads are already a massive powerhouse in the game, no need to completely re-shape the rules of the game to suit them more :/ (This coming from a glad).

I would argue that kiting it is actually fighting it. It's really no different than stationary tanking it. Anyone close to the boss is still receiving damage and any debuffs will still be in effect. The boss is in no way glitched to not do damage when being kited.
 
The only difference between normal tanking and kiting is that kiting gives the upper hand to long range damage dealers rather than short range ones. Which is tactic used to outdamage opposing parties.
 
And clearly some people are salty about that particular tactic being used against them.

If they don't have the sharpshooters to match us then that's their guilds fault, you don't have to go making new rules to benefit them. 

So... why is kiting not allowed ? not like it didnt deal any dmg. it still does. and it's a tactic like any other.
 
Changing  the rules cuz some glads are butthurt of being ODed by SS's...

How to Recreate It:
Disarm an opponent with neutralize and have them quickly re-equip their weapon and then press a skill.
 
Description:
The sharpshooter skill neutralize is not working as intended, or at least how I've been lead to believe was intended. I have points in neutralize duration so the silence debuff on it should be lasting 8 seconds in total I believe.
 
However if you use the skill on an opponent and they re-equip their weapon fast enough and then use a skill the silence effect of neutralize is negated and they are able to cast skills normally. Meaning at most they are being silenced 1-2 seconds. 
 
I've tested this against a warlock and another sharpshooter. It doesn't seem to be specific to any skill they cast. I've also been on the receiving end of it as well and was able to remove the silence debuff placed on me in the same manner.

The mouse should stay in its starting point when rotating the camera angle. It becomes annoying when I accidentally remove one of my items when rotating the camera which happens often.
 

I've killed 21 mags in OLT yesterday and I didn't get any Orange jewels. Tested it again the next day and still nothing is dropping. Others in my guild have also reported getting nothing from it.
