It does exist. It just wasn't released to the public. My cousin made one a few years back. Was pretty cool. You can probably even look up military devices and there's a few things like that. Tbh, I think there was a tank that would hover over ground to make it's speed quicker. o.o Hope I'm remembering right.

When they shut the server down for an issue, they can't exactly put an ETA on a problem they're not sure how to fix atm. However, if they did, I'm sure they would. Of course, it's always nice to know as much as possible so we can assume, but sometimes you can't when it comes to games like this. I was admin of a different server prior to this and we always ran into problems and never knew how to fix it. All we were able to do is inform the players we were working on it. I know it's irritating, but take it as a chance to get some fresh air and do other things instead of wasting our lives sitting, waiting for a game. c:
