When does the freezing occur? It's normal for your game to slightly freeze when loading or changing maps. If you are just standing there and doing nothing and you experience freezing of the client then it may be on your side. I've never experience this and I've not heard of anyone else experiencing this.

I'll answer your questions quickly as well, in case you don't want to read all of the guides. 1. You don't have to takes quests just grind on mobs. 2. There are stat reset items in game and in the item mall. 3. There are instance dungeons and classes are important. For large raids you will need healers to keep the tanks alive and DPS (archers and mages) to quickly kill it. 4. It's good. Fastest class, highest critical rate, uses claws or dual swords.

Heat of Fury uses the wrong skill FX, hence why it is like that. I might make some updates on Friday or the weekend and change it.

It seems as though a service on your computer is not operating as necessary. From some searching I managed to find this help guide to fixing it: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/repairwmi.htm You can also try to search for the fix for the error message yourself, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do with the launcher to fix this issue for you. You will need to fix the appropriate issue on your PC. Let me know if the guide helped and if you managed to solve the issue.

Can you expand the details tab and provide a screenshot of that please. Also have you tried clicking continue? And are you sure you checked to make sure you have .Net Framework? Check in your Installed Programs (in Control Panel) to see if you have net framework 4.5 installed.

Well as the error mentions you were disconnected from the login server, so initially you were able to connect so I don't think it is an issue with the firewall have you tried disabling the anti-virus all together? At the moment the only other possibility I can think of is the internet, maybe because it is slow, the connection times out? Try resetting your modem / router, maybe that will help? Can't think of anything else at the moment, maybe someone else may be able to help. Tell me if you manage to fix it. I'll post if anything else comes to mind.
