It happens when take out more than 250 of the same item from your reward inventory.

Alhough they may look "custom" but they are not. That is why they have not been removed.

The only custom skill Odin added were:
Summon Fairy
Slip Away
Gravity Field
Retaliate
Anything else you think is a custom skill is in official it's just not available for players to buy. Therefore, no player has them.

It's an instance, where you have to do certain emotion depending on the NPCs mood. If you don't do the emotion you die. The drops at the end are LN badges.

My favorite map is Adealia. It's so colorful and the music is soothing. It reminds me of Zelda for some reason. The fact that it's a floating town would also make for very interesting lore.

Have you tried equiping the armor and the mask at the same time?

Also add the "Bug" or "Buggy" sunglasses that add 3% def and some dmg/mdmg glasses. There are also 2 "Lovesick (Permanent) (30 Days)" suits. They both add crit, so we really don't need both of them lol And the items that say "(Permanent) (30 Days)" Are they permanent of 30 days? o3o I know some servers that had both permanent costumes and accessories and also 30Day ones.
Costumes are not top priority. The Lovesick suit must be a mistake, if they are in the npc store then they should be 30 days. I will fix it.

It won't change anything. If all suits have dmg/def/crit it will mathematically cancel itself. (hard to understand i know)
Player A = 2% dmg / 2%def / 2% crit
Player B = 2%dmg / 2%def /2%crit
it will remain the same.
Black sensei suit = 7dmg%/7crit (it will be also 7%def forgot to add, i think i will make a free version of this suit with 6% crit)
I think Santa's suit are ig ^^
Mathematically the person with the higher base damage will receive a higher boost with the % boost.
If person A has 100 dmg, person B has 200 dmg and the costume adds 2%
then Person A will have 102 dmg with the costume and person B will have 204 with the costume.

The problem is that when you use the item since it drops your exp rate, it gives you an error message saying "This item has no effect when used."
