My favorite map is Kahal Plains. To me it gives you that "new world" 1st step feeling, where after it there's plenty of places to explore.

The blue and purple colored texts have to go but I understand you. There's a greenhouse for this. Back then Spades were very common but for the cost of increasing the time allowed in there, they decreased the drop rate for them. Having half to 1 page full of em was pretty normal. The reasons not all mats are placed in NPC's is so people would work for them. If you know the spot to get what you want, it becomes easy to make all you need.

Are you guys just looking for the green drop rate from mobs or the blues/green weapons from TK? ZK is really great at 36. 40-44 not too bad, Drops every 3 out of 5. GGK is good too. I'll try out TK as well since everyone is upset with it. If you wanted green drops abyss is the place to go.

I was planning on making a new thread for this but what the heck. I don't know if this is possible but I would like to suggest of lowering down 108 weapons/armors to 105. Don't get me wrong, it's not going to cause imbalance or anything because people are going to hog Magrite or whatever but bear with me. The level weapon/armor range is not fair after 100+ For instance: Starting from Level 1, the weapons goes from: 1 - 8 - 15 From there on, adding dungeon bosses weapons and blue weapons it goes from: 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 75 - 80 - 85 - 90 - 95. But, in retail after 100 it goes: 100 - 108 - 114. The 105's being Instance/Raid only drops is quite rubbish considering not everyone has the opportunity for it. And 110 weapons on retail being part of an special game-type.

Pro tip for those who plan to venture into abyss for the bosses! The bosses are all 5 levels higher than the abyss. 2x abyss - 25. 3x abyss - 35. 4x abyss - 45. 5x abyss - 55. The Teva weapons drop rate is pretty poo even ranted. They have alot of HP and although they don't hit hard, the little mobs around are quite annoying. I was afraid to kill them because of how much exp they give. You might also want to party up with others to kill it. It's pretty easy to lose aggro if you don't keep attacking it.
