The 20% EXP Boost cards from the Item Mall (both 7 days and 1 hour) don't work. They can't be traded, stored, or used. I heard it can be used but has no effect. Will this be fixed or be given any compensation for people that do have it? :c

You need to read the Light Novel to understand. Story-wise it became better because it showed more characters that surround Kirito and Asuna in-real life.

Set switching in general just depends on the situation. Sun Set while kiting, Intellect Set before a PvP fight, Shackle Set for PvE bosses and etc. They all have their uses but in all honesty it's just very different compared to a fighter's set switching.
