This isn't a bug associated with levelling up to 113. The 115 cap has been here for a very long time and there are a lot of people 113+.
It must be related to something else, or it could be related to your PC. What was happening at that time exactly and what sort of PC are you running?
If it happens again on your other character any extra info will help.

Hi Sibeth, first of all I would like to welcome you back to Core Fiesta.
Since this server tries to be more vanilla we do not have any custom crafting at the moment. In the future this might be something we will look into adding, as we already have with the jewellery system which was an idea a long time ago that was never implemented, but could be in the future.

It's time for another great summer on Core! I'm bringing back the fabulous Phino Invasion event from the 2015 summer which @Luna made! Hopefully it will be just as great! Lets get this party started!
This event will run from 12th of June till the 12th of July.

That's like their biggest song I think, a lot of people like it (including me) xD. Their dance movies in that choreography song is pretty sleek though, wish I was talented in the arts, lmao.

I was advised to add an online list. At first I figured this might not be a great idea, but I thought what's the harm, if you can see who's online maybe you can contact them so that you can play together, so today I would like to introduce to you the "Currently Online Players" page which shows you people who are currently online, their name, their level and class.
You can access the page by going to the main site. It is located under the community tab, named Online Players.

Knock backs have been fixed! We are the only server with working knock backs.
Cleric:
- God's Benevolent now knocks the enemy away instead of paralysing the enemy.Archer:
