The lag doesn't happen only on high load times.
Per example, this morning (GMT+0) around 11am, when almost no one is online, we were lagging like hell (+2k ms delay) for like 30mins, then it went away and the game was playable again.
Sometimes it's just spikes... other times dcs...
If the dedi is in fact the best option available atm, something must be wrong somewhere.
No, its not our ISP. A quick speedtest check showed that all latency was withing the acceptable to german servers (60ms in my case).
Maybe routing problems? Like it happens in EUW (LoL)? Cause like some have said, it doesn't affect all players, and not all at the same time.

Groups? o.o
They're managed by the Master of ea guild.
If this IPB is set correctly, ea user can have belong to 2 diferent usergroups.
The principle is the same as with the subscriber/etc groups.

T5 speed scrolls... For lvl100 players... JELLYS HQ & FIGHTER TAILS. lvl30/40 mats? Don't think so.
If all other drops follow the mob and chara level, so should this ones, and unfortunately they DON'T.
We don't want LQ jellys or regular tails at higher mobs, we want what was supposed to be there either way.
About the rest I won't even comment. It has nothing to do with the matter at hand here. Stop dragging other subjects here.

How is farming at that lvl any different from farming at a lower lvl? You can kill shitloads of mobs either way...

Abyss isnt the only place whe you can farm them
Putting every mats on npc ruins the purpose of production.. lets jus tsell scrolls at npc e.e
I gave an example.
And I never talked about putting them on NPC for sale.
Rather have it as it is than puting them at BB's for capped people to abuse farm it while perms can't.
So capped players have no rights uhm?

What I mean is that it makes no sense leveling charas just to farm abyss 30 and 40 for jellys and tails when we don't play perma charas (not counting with the time we have to lose getting rid of all the exp farming those places gives).

And I have the Kings touch, I'm not that masochist.
But still, even in regular old fiesta, we don't have a 100% chance of getting only (1) of something, sometimes we get (2) or even (3). Here that doesn't happen.
So for just 2 more mins in the greenhouse, you need to spend almost 4 hours just farming mats to get 1 spade?? Oo That's ridiculous.
This is what I mean about the (1)s.

If possible, this mats need a boost in their drop rate. Most only drop (1), rarely (1) of low and medium/high quality.
Same could be said of SPADES, that have one of the worst drop rates :| I dropped 5 blues for 1 Spade.
My last foray into a cave, 2hs long (Ranted), dropped me NO spade.
No spade, no greenhouse, no scroll/pot/stone production :<

Check if your antivirus is closing it up, if you have a program like peerblock, check if the game doors are being closed, same with your firewall and router.
Also, run as admin if you weren't.
