Core not launching because of the rights.

I have all my anti-virus's off.All rights to core launching is on and working.But it still gives me that some annoying error."An unknown error has occured, please report this to the administrator. Access is denied."

The following will surely help you. Make sure you have access to any "Administrator" type account on your PC, make sure you know their password too (if required), so RIGHT click the Launcher.exe or the shortcut on the desktop, click "Run as Administrator" if requested insert the password that you know, if not it should just launch, and everything should work just fine.

 

Furthermore check if you still have Client.exe in the game installation directory.
