Chrissie 0 Posted April 9, 2014 Share Posted April 9, 2014 Hi, I'm new to this particular private server, and I have been having some problems logging in :/ I got that message: "Invalid log in information, please try again", and it's not letting me play. Here's the things I tried: -Finding a thread in Troubleshooting (there's one, but it said that it got fixed and should work, and this was on January 24th. So that doesn't help me :s) -Closing and re-opening as administrator -Changing Password -New account (didn't work on either account) -Uninstalling and reinstalling the game I can log onto the forum just fine with both the accounts I made, but when it comes to trying to actually log on and play, it doesn't let me. :c Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
