    I fixed it, nevermind. If you get the same problem as me, re-install 4.0 of .Net Framework and restart your computer. Here's a link to download it : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851

    I believe it to be something to do with my .net framework however I've done multiply installs with no luck.
