It's not, i turned it completely off :/

nvm i opened the folder and clicked client but it says connect to server failed >.<

this is the error i'm getting now

well it finally downloaded but when i click the core icon and run it blinks on my taskbar for a second then disappears

When ever the download ends i get this error :/
