Getting started
How do I create an account and start playing?
What are the EXP and drop rates?
Both are balanced medium rates. Experience is around x15-x20, drops around x10-x15 - fast enough to progress, not so fast that gear stops mattering.
Is Core Fiesta pay-to-win?
No. Every Item Mall item can be earned in-game - through the Lucky Capsule, trading with other players, or the 25 Item-Mall coins per hour you earn just by being online. Paying only supports the server.
How do I make money / coins?
- Coins per hour: earn ~25 Item-Mall coins every hour while online.
- Early game: collect and sell coin drops from monsters; craft elrue (sells ~5 silver).
- Late game: farm Green Weapons & armour and sell them to NPCs.
- Materials: run the Greenhouse instance (Herbalist Spade key from gathering, best in mines) at the Roumen portal.
What is the level cap?
The current level cap is 125. A rough leveling path: Slimes to Lv 10 → Forest of Mist to 20 → Abyss to ~70 → Guardian Masters / Flaming Mine → Black Bears, Experimental Subjects, Black Shadows and Origin of Life Tree from 90 onward.
Gameplay
How does class advancement / job change work?
Like retail Fiesta, you advance rank at levels 20, 60 and 100 via quests (the level-60 quest is quicker here). At level 100 you choose between two specialisations for your class.
How do I get cash-shop items in-game?
Open Lucky Capsules for a chance at scrolls, cash-shop items and rare crowns with high bonus stats (plus charms, bags and extenders), or trade other players using in-game currency.
Is there a Guild Tournament?
Yes - it runs every week. Invitations usually open on Monday and the bracket is set once sign-ups close. Guild wars are active too.
Are Roars and Mighty Potions available?
No, they have been removed from the game and there is currently no plan to bring them back.
Account & payments
How do I buy coins, and how long do they take?
Log into the Item Mall, click Buy and follow the payment steps. Coins can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours to arrive. If the Buy button doesn't work, disable ad-block or try another browser.
How do I redeem a gift key or change my password / email?
Log into the website and open your account settings: Claim Gift Key, Change Password, Change E-Mail and Change Security Question are all there.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot Password in the login area. Recovery uses your security question, so keep it set and remembered.
My username/password is invalid at login.
Your forum account is different from your in-game account. Make sure you registered an in-game account on the website.
Technical & launcher
What do I need to run the game?
Windows with .NET Framework 4.0 or higher (4.5 recommended). If the launcher fails to initialise, install the latest .NET 4.x.
My antivirus flags Client.exe / "Client Manipulated" on login.
Core Fiesta contains no viruses - Client.exe is a false positive. Add an exception in your antivirus/firewall (or temporarily disable it) and make sure Client.exe is in your Core folder.
How do I re-patch the launcher / client?
Open the launcher, click the ? icon (top-right) and double-click the Core logo. Alternatively, delete the
reslauncher folder in your Core Fiesta directory and relaunch.Upside-down "¿?" symbols, or the game closes on login.
Your selected resolution doesn't match your screen. Change the resolution in the launcher/in-game settings to one your monitor supports.
"Server maintenance" or "not connected" on login.
The server may be under maintenance or briefly down. Check the Announcements on the forums before troubleshooting your own connection.
