Skunk 106 Posted December 26, 2014 Share Posted December 26, 2014 Upon receiving this quest from Town Chief Adrian in Uruga at level 112, you're asked to deliver an item to an NPC in Kahal Plains. Once accepting the quest, the command prompt displays a message basically saying that there was an error in creating the item. It does not appear in your inventory currently.
