FitzChevalerie 111 Posted August 29, 2014 Share Posted August 29, 2014 The "Increased effect duration" from skill sets are not working Intellect Set Artic Set Blast Set Ice Field Set not sure about others For example : wizard fear is 8 seconds. When you put Intellect set, it becomes 11sec, but the debuff wear off when there's still 3seconds remaining selene 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
