It's just matter of hours. From 1 up to 24, If it still doesn't work, then there is something wrong with your Client installation / firewall / or ISP(Internet Service Provider).

There are short offline moments, if this is the case you just have to wait until the server is back up and try again later.

Maybe in the future. The normal patch server has nothing wrong with it I believe, and nobody complained about slow patching either until now.

The antivirus deletes "Client.exe". Please make sure you have a "Client.exe" file in root of your game folder. Also would be a good idea to turn off your antivirus prior installing the client, and/or allowing "Client.exe" if asked.

The following will surely help you. Make sure you have access to any "Administrator" type account on your PC, make sure you know their password too (if required), so RIGHT click the Launcher.exe or the shortcut on the desktop, click "Run as Administrator" if requested insert the password that you know, if not it should just launch, and everything should work just fine. Furthermore check if you still have Client.exe in the game installation directory.

Nope I wrote the rules. But in any case if you got any trouble with one of the Staff members please open a ticket in General Support or Player Support department. Make sure you have a screenshot of the culprit, and whatever you think he/she is doing and it's wrong. We will answer you precisely if it is allowed or not. Please note that we are in no way enforced by the community to release publicly the "staff/administrator rules".
