Well, i have .net framework 3.5 and 4.0, because 4.5 or 4.5.2 Does not work on windows xp. Im gonna try the thing you showed me in a minute. Do you mind explaining to me the step 4 a little bit more? I don't how to find my software through browsing.

@Luna. It appears as soon as i open the launcher. I disabled the antivirus, so its not deleting any files. Yes, i tried re-downlading the game, and re-installing. @selene. I do have the new launcher. I downloaded it a while ago.

I have this kind of problem: http://screenshooter.net/101712333/hjlksky . I tried everything. Restarting computer, running as admin, turning off the firewall, updating .net framework, and even reinstalling, and this still won't work for me. I would be grateful for any help.
